- Master Ladder & Access Safety: Correctly pitch, tie off, and transition from a ladder onto a roof using the 4:1 rule and first-man-up systems.
- Manage Lines & Anchors: Confidently identify rated structural anchors (15kN) and safely deploy temporary static lines or anchors to maintain 100% fall protection.
- Inspect Personal Gear: Spot defects and incorrect fitting harnesses and lanyards during rapid buddy-checks.
- Execute Rapid Recovery: Set up a pre-rigged, no-descend rescue kit to safely raise or lower a suspended teammate from a safe edge position.
- Prevent Suspension Trauma: Apply current best practice post-rescue management to protect a casualty until advanced medical help arrives.
